There is a moment in every business where you stop trusting what you built it from and start doing what works for everyone else.

Mine happened on a Thursday morning.

Skool started boosting The Library organically. So I optimised. Changed things. Did what the platform suggested and what everyone else seemed to be doing

The last one.

I gave myself 3 months - then I decided I needed to come up with a plan.

I had the most detailed business plan an insurer had ever seen, but the business had other plans.

That's the part people find hard to believe.

I didn't take the scores - the 2 out of 5 on value, the 2 out of 5 on money, the four words that said I sense a lack of trust — and turn them into a corrective strategy. I didn't build a new funnel or restructure the offers or hire someone to fix the visibility problem.

The Problem Isn't How Much Money You Have. It's the Frequency It's Moving Through.

And that frequency was written into your DNA long before you made a single financial decision.

Most money work starts in the wrong place. It starts with mindset. With affirmations. With vision boards and abundance meditations and EFT tapping on the belief that you are worthy of wealth.

There is a whole generation of corporate professionals - qualified, experienced, director level, fellowship level, decades of real world expertise - who walked into the coaching and personal development industry looking for something and came out having systematically devalued everything they knew.

I sold a privacy policy for £97. Built from twenty five years inside financial services at fellowship level. In any other context that knowledge bills at up to £2,500 a day.

The infrastructure underneath it all - legal, energetic, structural - was never part of the conversation. The sacred practices were deployed without the training to hold what they activate. And the containers did not close cleanly.

I used to sell privacy policy templates.

I stopped.

And some - and this is the one that stayed with me - bought them and then went completely quiet

There is a moment - if you've done any real inner work - when you stop looking outward for the answer.

You stop blaming the economy. The algorithm. The clients who didn't show up. The partner who didn't support you. The family who didn't believe in you. The system that wasn't built for someone like you.

And you look in the mirror.

Not everyone who's let go is lost.
