What Are You Transmitting?
I stopped going on holiday a long time ago.
Why? Because in 2022, I realised I had been creating businesses for other people - the kind of businesses I had once wanted to work for. In 2023, the Genie fully came online, although it wasn’t until the end of 2024 that I admitted the compliance lark wasn’t working. So I decided to listen to my business.
This was the year I stopped going on holiday - though on the outside that’s what it looked like. But each time, the places I travelled to reminded me of what I had forgotten. They helped me write more of my book or evolve my business.
In May, I could sense Paris calling - the structure, the currency, and the frequency. But when it came to booking, the energy felt flat.
It called again when the frequency matched - and it hasn’t gone unnoticed that 3, 6, 9 began showing up everywhere I went. (Tesla said if you understand the importance of 3, 6, 9 - and 12 - you understand the language of the Universe.)
So I didn’t go to Paris to escape. I went to remember.
Not to wander. Not to take photos and post them on socials as a sign that my business was succeeding. Not even to pause.
I went because something in me knew:
What we build - if built cleanly - doesn’t need to be seen to be felt.
I walked through a city built on affluence, symbolism, and structure, and it hit me with a kind of frequency only Paris can carry:
The Eiffel Tower doesn’t try to be visible.
It’s not famous - it’s functional.
It’s not trying to sell anything.
It’s a transmitter.
And it only works because it was built with precision.
Most people think their business is failing because they’re not showing up enough.
But what if the real problem is this:
The transmitter is dirty.
The structure is misaligned.
The signal is fractured.
And because of that, no matter what they say, it doesn’t land.
STRUCTURE - You can’t transmit what your business isn’t built to hold.
We say we want freedom - but refuse to install foundations.
We say we want impact - but skip the operations.
We hire coaches to help us “scale,” but we’ve never even mapped what we’ve built.
Everyone talks about alignment.
Very few have built it - into their business and their energetic field.
When people reject structure, they’re not rejecting support - they’re rejecting a memory of control.
And I get it. For a long time, I couldn’t articulate what I did. The word “compliance” filled me with shame. It felt boring, no one was interested, and honestly, I hate control - which is what compliance is often equated to.
But I never resisted structure. I resisted the word compliance, because I’d watched it become a weapon in the wrong hands.
I watched people use rules to suppress others.
To gatekeep power.
To punish intuition.
But when I stepped into my own work, I remembered: - Compliance is not control.
It’s part of the structure - the Governance - and in its purest form, it’s protection.
It’s how we honour the business enough to protect its mission.
It’s how we build trust into the system.
I never used compliance to trap anyone.
I used it to release them.
To make sure they never had to carry risk alone.
I’ve worked with owners who resisted every system or process from onboarding to email management - not because they were wrong, but because they were wired to mistrust support. Sometimes it was classic martyr syndrome: “No one else can do it better than me.”
I’ve heard, “I can’t get on with this platform. It’s not working.” Or: “I don’t want the business run through processes - it’s too time consuming.”
But when you reject every back-office system… every process…It’s not about alignment anymore.
It’s about control in disguise.
You can’t claim you want ease while refusing to install the scaffolding for it.
You can’t build a 6- or 7-figure business on preference and expect to hold it through pressure.
Structure is not the opposite of freedom.
Structure is how you contain power - without letting it consume you.
Like a river - it needs a bank to direct the flow.
I once worked with a VA to build a funnel. During our first conversation, she paused and said:
“I’ve never worked with anyone who has these discussions - who actually explains why compliance matters or why certain things can’t be skipped.”
And that’s the real issue.
Most people treat compliance and governance like a footnote - a tick-box to avoid risk.
But True Governance is a Frequency.
It’s not just what keeps your business legal - it’s what keeps it aligned.
And no, this can’t be outsourced to a lawyer.
The Eiffel Tower wouldn’t still be standing if the laws of physics - which are ultimately energetic laws - had been ignored.
And your business can’t hold its frequency if those laws are bypassed either.
Most people are trying to run soul-led businesses while skipping the structural coding entirely.
But without both - the form and the frequency - what you’re building is a monument to burnout, not legacy.
FREQUENCY - You can’t funnel what you haven’t felt.
Let’s name it:
You want your business to resonate.
You want it to land.
You want the right people to find you, feel you, trust you, choose you.
But you’re still chasing alignment through output - not through field integrity.
You post because the algorithm says to.
You launch because the market is quiet.
You sell because the bills are due.
You build funnels because “it worked for them.”
That’s not resonance.
That’s reactivity.
You can’t funnel resonance through a dirty signal.
I don’t care how well the funnel is designed.
If you haven’t cleaned the emotional, energetic, and structural field of your business,
You’re just pushing noise through a cracked speaker.
It won’t reach the right people.
Or worse - it will attract people you don’t actually want to serve.
“The strategy didn’t work,” you’ll say.
But what if the frequency never matched the field?
The Genie knows this.
That’s why she doesn’t start with websites or brand messaging.
She starts with silence.
With truth.
She reads the energy. She checks the design of the business.
The purpose. The perimeter.
The way energy moves when no one is watching.
Because when frequency is off, strategy becomes guesswork.
But when frequency is clean, everything becomes magnetic.
You don’t need more content.
You need a cleaner signal.
Like the Mona Lisa.
She doesn’t speak.
She doesn’t perform.
She doesn’t try to go viral.
She just holds.
And millions come to witness her frequency.
She isn’t for everyone - and that’s the point.
Her frequency filters distortion.
That’s what your business can become. Not performative - but present. Not loud - but legendary.
CURRENCY - What are you actually exchanging?
Most business owners think they’re selling a service. Some understand they’re selling value.
But a business - like a transmitter - always sends more than words.
It sends:
Integrity or performance
Pressure or peace
Urgency or clarity
It transmits what you’ve embedded in it. If your business still holds fear, shame, guilt, or obligation…
That’s what your clients are feeling. Even if they can’t name it. Currency is not just money.
It’s everything exchanged:
Time
Energy
Emotion
Trust
Memory
If you’re pricing based on “industry standard” but don’t believe it……That’s dirty currency.
If you’re selling but feel guilt receiving……That’s distortion in the exchange port.
If your business is chasing worthiness through output…Your revenue will always reflect lack.
Because your business is only ever mirroring your field.
Like the Seine…
It doesn’t panic.
It doesn’t chase.
It moves.
It nourishes.
It flows.
It trusts.
The Seine knows what so many business owners have forgotten:
You don’t hold currency through clutching.
You hold it by flowing through integrity.
Your business is a mirror.
But it also has its own mission.
To fulfil that mission, it needs you to evolve.
It will keep reflecting your avoidance, fears, pricing distortion, and unprocessed wounds - until you become the one who can hold what it was built to transmit.

Build like the Tower.
Transmit like the Mona Lisa.
Flow like the Seine.
Because this is where your business stops performing - and starts transmitting.
