TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Every agreement we enter into is founded on sovereignty, integrity and mutual respect.

These terms exist to create clarity between us - not to create barriers. Please read them carefully before purchasing. By proceeding with any purchase you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms both legally and energetically.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Together they form the full framework of our agreement.

My Business Genie Ltd provides professional Business to Business services and products. You will be treated as a business client in relation to any service or product purchased unless you contact us prior to purchase to request consumer status.

KEY DEFINITIONS 

‘You’ - The individual or entity visiting this website and/or purchasing products or services from us, whether on this website or offline.

‘Us’ – My Business Genie Ltd, trading as The Genie, the company that operates this website, and whose products you purchase.

‘Contract’ - a formal contractual relationship exists between you and us from the point at which we accept your order. This acceptance may be automated where fulfilment is automated, or manual where it requires our initiation.

‘The Grid’ - the full ecosystem of products, services, transmissions and frequency work offered under My Business Genie Ltd and The Genie brands

SCOPE OF THESE TERMS

These terms govern all purchases, programmes, transmissions, memberships, digital content, frequency images, and services provided under The Genie and My Business Genie brands. This includes:

  • Digital downloads and content

  • Physical products including books fulfilled via Amazon

  • The Library - our Skool community and its transmissions

  • Frequency images, activations and encoded materials

  • Personalised feedback and video transmissions 

Please note: The Visibility Codex, Integrity Compass and Audit services each operate under separate Terms of Engagement which will be provided to you prior to commencement of that work.

ENERGETIC & LEGAL CONSENT

All interactions within The Genie’s field operate under dual consent 

Legal: You agree to the terms outlined here.

Energetic: You enter from sovereignty, not coercion. You accept full responsibility for how you integrate or engage with any frequency, transmission, or reflection. If you are unsure, pause before entering.

By proceeding with any product or service that involves channelled insight, energetic recalibration, frequency image transmission, or intuitive messaging, you give full energetic consent for this work to begin. These are personal, energetic tools and are non-refundable once initiated.

DIGITAL CONTENT

By clicking pay and making payment for digital content, you are agreeing to instant access which means cancellation rights do not apply once the download or access has been initiated.

Digital content will be provided as PDF, editable Word document, or via a unique access URL. All content is provided in English.

Where digital content is part of a joint venture with another business entity, you will receive information directly from them regarding access. 

We recommend downloading all digital materials upon receipt. We cannot guarantee access or storage beyond 30 days unless explicitly stated.

PERSONALISED FEEDBACK & TRANSMISSIONS

Where you purchase personalised feedback, this will be provided in video format via a secure link. Please download the video for your records as links will be deactivated after 30 days.

Certain offerings include frequency-encoded materials, energetic reflections, and intuitive insight. These are metaphysical in nature and are intended to support alignment. They do not constitute guarantees or deterministic outcomes.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS 

Physical products including books are fulfilled via Amazon. Upon confirmation of purchase, items will be dispatched in line with the delivery information specified during the purchase process. Where a third party fulfils the purchase we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

THE LIBRARY - SKOOL MEMBERSHIP 

The Library operates as a membership community on the Skool platform. By joining The Library you agree to both these terms and Skool’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Full terms governing The Library - including energetic vault protection, community access, field ethics, confidentiality and frequency misuse - are available in the free section of The Library on Skool. Please read these in full before joining.

Key points for completeness:

  • Memberships and subscriptions: operate on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods or unused time.

  • All intellectual property: including frequency images, transmissions, activations and encoded materials, remains the exclusive property of My Business Genie Ltd and may not be reproduced, shared, altered or redistributed without written consent.

  • Community conduct: we reserve the right to remove access immediately and without refund where community guidelines, field boundaries or these terms are violated.

  • Platform responsibility: we are not responsible for Skool platform outages, technical issues or changes to Skool’s policies. Your relationship with Skool as a platform is separate from your relationship with The Genie and the content provided.

Engagement with this work may recalibrate personal and business timelines. By consenting to these transmissions you acknowledge that quantum shifts may occur beyond conscious expectation. You are responsible for integrating your own shifts and seeking additional support where needed.

PRICES 

Our prices are as set out on our website, which may vary from time to time. Any changes will be done by updating our website. Price changes will not be retrospective. Our prices are subject to VAT (value added tax).

CANCELLATIONS

As a business client, statutory consumer cancellation rights do not apply to your purchase. Cancellation rights do not apply in any event to:

  • Digital content once a download or access has been initiated

  • Products or content made to your specifications or clearly personalised

  • Energetic or frequency work once initiated

  • Membership periods already accessed

Where cancellation rights do apply, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel without giving a reason. To exercise this right please contact us clearly in writing at wishes@mybusinessgenie.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.

Where physical goods are returned, reimbursement will be made once we have received the goods back in a re-sellable condition. Return costs are your responsibility.

Prior to purchase you will be made aware that the content will be provided immediately and therefore you lose your right to cancel. Where content isn’t provided immediately and requires additional information from you, you will have the right to cancel, as detailed below. Please note that once you have provided the information needed to deliver the service, you will lose your right to cancellation, as work will have already commenced on the service. By purchasing and initiating the download of digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to cancel the purchase. Where cancellation rights apply, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason.

DISCLAIMER

You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to your business

  • Where you purchase policy templates or frameworks, you are responsible for ensuring they reflect your specific business requirements. Provision of templated documents does not constitute legal advice or guarantee compliance

  • You are responsible for following any guidance or advice provided in line with agreed services. If you do not follow the advice provided we are not liable for the consequences

  • This is not medical, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. No guarantees are made and no diagnosis or treatment is offered

  • All frequency-encoded materials, energetic reflections and intuitive insights are metaphysical in nature and are intended to support alignment, not provide guarantees or deterministic outcomes

  • You are responsible for your own frequency, nervous system, discernment, readiness to receive the work and integration after exposure

We operate outside FCA-regulated financial advice and OFQUAL-accredited coaching frameworks. All guidance is offered within energetic and intuitive paradigms and is to be received as such.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability under or in respect of any contract will not exceed the amounts paid by you under that contract. We will not be liable for consequential, indirect or special losses of any sort, nor for any matters arising from the use of any templated policy or frequency work purchased.

You agree to hold My Business Genie Ltd, its directors and affiliates harmless from any claims arising from use or misuse of material provided, including emotional, financial or reputational impact, or decisions made as a result of frequency work, guidance or activation

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge that we own the intellectual property in any/all products or services purchased from us.

You also acknowledge that use of our website, or purchase of products from our website or third party, does not provide any licence for the use and/or modification of our intellectual property (including trademarks and other copyrights) other than in circumstances specifically identified and provided for in relation to a specific product. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited-use, non-transferrable licence of this Intellectual Property, should you purchase any templated policies, or any policy/procedure we agree to develop or produce for your specific purpose.

You therefore agree that, if you do use any of our intellectual property without our prior explicit permission, we may require you to cease and desist from such use and/or pay us an appropriate fee for that use and/or pay us a penalty fee for that use.

All frequency images and light-coded visual transmissions are protected under copyright and energetic integrity agreements. They must not be repurposed, edited, or used for resale.

Violation constitutes both an energetic breach and an infringement of intellectual property rights.

AI & TECHNOLOGY TRANSPARENCY

Your personal information is a frequency. It carries your energy, your blueprint, your story.

My Business Genie integrates AI-driven tools to enhance compliance, business strategy and operational efficiency. However, no personal information is ever uploaded into AI systems by us.

Any AI-generated insights are reviewed, validated and interpreted by experienced professionals before being provided to you. AI is a support tool, not a decision-maker.

We also encourage you to hold this awareness in your own interactions — with us and beyond. Your data is yours. Your frequency is yours. Guard both with the same sovereignty you bring to everything else.

IF SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of integrity in everything we deliver. If something isn’t right we want to know about it.

Please contact us in the first instance at wishes@mybusinessgenie.co.uk and we will work with you to find a resolution that honours both parties. We do not create problems. We resolve them with the same integrity we build everything else with.

In the unlikely event that we cannot resolve a matter directly, both parties agree to seek mediation before escalating to legal proceedings

GENERAL

Before purchasing from the website, you are responsible for ensuring you are at least over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

If any of these terms is at any time held in any jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable, then it will be treated as changed or reduced only to the extent minimally necessary to bring it within the laws of that jurisdiction and to prevent it from being void, and it will be binding in that changed or reduced form.

Subject to that, each provision will be interpreted as severable and will not in any way affect any other of these terms.

No waiver by us in exercising any right, power or provision hereunder will operate as a waiver of any other right or of that same right at a future time; nor will any delay in exercise of any power or right be interpreted as a waiver.

This contract aligns all parties with sovereign wealth, mutual growth, and ethical exchange.

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you explicitly accept that only the law courts of England have jurisdiction to deal with any matter arising from or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, related to the use of this website and, accordingly, you explicitly waive all and any rights to bring any action of any sort in relation to this website, or to any transaction carried out with it, or any data stored on it or provided to it in any court anywhere else in the world.
