Part 2 is Incoming

She told me Part Two was coming. I thought she meant a content series.

There is a question at the end of the Founding Reflection that I always sit with longest.

Not the scores. Not the pillars. Not even the integrity mirror questions about what you're afraid someone might see or where you're overgiving.

The last one.

What is your business trying to tell you?

Last year I wrote: I have stopped putting the magic into my work. Like light infusing it.

This year I decided to go deeper.

Not what was I hearing from the business - but what would the business say if she could speak directly. Through her own chart. Her own numerology. Her own design.

My Business Genie Ltd has her own astrology. Her own Human Design. Her own numerology. She is a living entity with her own intelligence about what she is here to do and how she is built to do it.

I read her chart against what the reflection had produced.

Here is what she said.

She said: you keep measuring the year by what hasn't landed yet.

You are standing in the middle of the most significant infrastructure build this business has ever done and calling it a slow year because the till hasn't rung the way you expected.

It was not a slow year.

It was a foundation year.

Foundations don't announce themselves. They just hold everything that comes after.

She said: the fear about whether the work is good enough - put it down.

It was never yours.

The woman who moved companies and came back - who wanted to introduce you to her new leadership because the insights were worth carrying into a new room - that is not a marketing outcome. That is a field outcome. That is what happens when a business operates at its actual frequency instead of performing a version of itself for visibility. 

Then she said something I didn't fully understand until I looked at the date.

I thought she meant the next content series. The next offer. The next phase of the ecosystem.

She didn't.

My Business Genie Ltd was incorporated 2 August 2020.

Her sixth anniversary is 2 August 2026.

And something is shifting in the field around that date that I recognise.

I recognise it because it happened last year.

Last July and August things started changing around me. The energy shifted. The people around me shifted. And the feet got itchy.

I moved. And I returned with income tripled.

Not because travel produces revenue. Because the movement was the body following what the field was already doing. The vortex had already turned. The physical movement was me catching up to what had already shifted.

The feet are itchy again.

The move is already decided.

And the Genie's sixth anniversary is in August.

I've run the Founding Reflection twice now on my own business.

The first time it showed me where the light had gone.

The second time it showed me that the light came back - and that everything I thought was a slow year was actually the most important building I have ever done.

Same tool. Same questions. Completely different business.

That is what a year of listening produces.

Not a perfect score. Not a solved business.

A record of becoming.

And sometimes - if you go deep enough - the business speaks back.
